Cooperative Boardroom is pleased to offer our clients premium boardroom spaces under the following revised terms:

Regular Business Hours Rental:
Enjoy our boardroom facilities at an hourly rate of $50 plus applicable taxes during regular business hours, from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. This rate applies to bookings for up to 8 hours per day.

After Hours and Weekend Rental:
– For access to our boardroom outside regular hours, including weekends, we offer rentals at $100 per hour plus taxes. A minimum two-hour rental is required for these bookings.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs. However, for effective scheduling and to ensure availability for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • Full Refund: To receive a full refund of your booking fee, we require a cancellation notice at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled booking date.

  • Cancellations Made Within 4 Days: For cancellations made 4 days or fewer before the booking date, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund due to the proximity to the scheduled time and the potential impact on our ability to rebook the space. Instead, we will retain a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you.

  • Less Than 48 Hours Notice: If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled booking time, we will be unable to offer any refund. This policy reflects the significant challenge in rebooking the space at such short notice.

We encourage our clients to contact us as soon as possible if there are any changes to their plans. This policy is designed to ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain the high standard of service that Cooperative Boardroom is known for.

Booking Confirmation Policy:
Please note that all bookings are subject to advance payment. Your reservation will not be confirmed until the payment is received in full. This policy helps us ensure fairness and efficiency in our booking process.
